At JewelsPe Solutions, we value your trust and aim to deliver an exceptional experience through our jewellery and digital investment platform.
Our Return & Refund Policy has been created to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity regarding all purchases, investments, and wallet transactions made through the JewelsPe website and mobile application.

This policy applies to all registered users of JewelsPe — including Subscribers (Investors) and Jewellers (Sellers) — and outlines the terms related to returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy covers three main categories of transactions on the JewelsPe platform:

  1. Jewellery Purchases – Buying jewellery items directly from verified jewellers listed on JewelsPe.

  2. Commodity Investments – Investing digitally in gold, silver, diamonds, or other supported assets.

  3. Wallet Transactions – Using JewelsPe Wallet for deposits, withdrawals, and redemption payments.

Each category follows specific refund and return conditions, as defined below.

3. Jewellery Purchases

JewelsPe acts as a facilitator platform connecting verified jewellers and customers. The company does not directly sell jewellery, and each product is sold and fulfilled by independent jewellers listed on the platform.

3.1 Return Eligibility

  • All jewellery returns or exchanges are subject to the individual jeweller’s policies.

  • Each jeweller must clearly mention their return, exchange, and buyback terms on their product listing.

  • Generally, products may be returned only if:

    • The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

    • The order is incorrectly delivered (wrong product or quantity).

    • The product fails authentication checks by JewelsPe’s verification partner (if applicable).

3.2 Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in original packaging, with invoice, certificate, and tags intact.

  • The item should be unused, unworn, and unaltered.

  • The jeweller must be notified within 48 hours of delivery via the JewelsPe platform or official communication channel.

  • Returns requested after the specified period will not be eligible for consideration.

3.3 Inspection & Approval

  • Upon return request, the jeweller will inspect the product once received.

  • Approval for refund or exchange will depend on product verification and adherence to conditions.

  • The jeweller may deduct reasonable handling or shipping charges before approving the refund.

3.4 Exchange Option

  • Some jewellers may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a monetary refund.

  • This will be communicated during the resolution process.

  • Exchange validity and conditions depend on the specific jeweller’s return policy.

3.5 Non-Returnable Items

Certain product categories are non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, or security reasons, including:

  • Customized jewellery

  • Personalized engravings or name pendants

  • Gold coins, bars, or bullion

  • Digital certificates or investment-linked jewellery

  • Any product sold under “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” tags

4. Commodity Investments

JewelsPe allows Subscribers to invest digitally in gold, silver, diamond, and other precious commodities using real-time market rates.

4.1 Non-Refundable Nature

  • All commodity investment transactions are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

  • Since prices fluctuate dynamically, reversal of investment transactions is not possible after execution.

4.2 Error Handling

Refunds may be processed only in case of technical or transactional errors, such as:

  • Double payment or duplicate transaction.

  • System malfunction resulting in incorrect debit.

  • Failure of transaction confirmation with amount deducted.

Such refund requests must be raised at info@jewelspe.com within 24 hours of the transaction.

4.3 Processing of Refunds

  • Upon verification, approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method or wallet used for the transaction.

  • JewelsPe reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction or gateway charges.

5. Wallet Transactions

JewelsPe Wallet is a closed ecosystem wallet, designed to manage investments, jewellery redemptions, and withdrawals by jewellers.

5.1 Refunds in Wallet

  • Once a wallet transaction is successfully completed, it cannot be reversed unless proven erroneous.

  • In case of a failed payment or duplicate deduction, the refund will be credited back automatically within 48 hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Refunds

  • For jewellers, wallet withdrawal requests (via NEFT/IMPS) are processed manually by the admin within 24 hours.

  • Once a withdrawal is successfully processed, it is non-reversible and final.

  • Refunds are not applicable after the amount has been settled to the jeweller’s bank account.

6. Payment Gateway & Technical Issues

JewelsPe integrates secure third-party payment gateways to handle online payments.
However, occasional delays or failures may occur due to:

  • Bank network outages,

  • Server downtime, or

  • Payment provider processing issues.

In such cases:

  • JewelsPe is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

  • Refunds will depend on confirmation from the respective bank or payment gateway.

  • Processing may take 5–10 working days, depending on the service provider.

7. Process for Raising Return or Refund Requests

To ensure a smooth process, users are requested to follow the steps below:

  1. Email Request:
    Send a detailed email to info@jewelspe.com mentioning:

    • Registered name, order ID, transaction ID, and issue description.

    • Supporting screenshots or invoice copy.

  2. Verification:
    Our support team will verify the claim with the respective jeweller, payment partner, or system records.

  3. Resolution Timeline:

    • Technical or payment errors: Within 5–7 business days.

    • Product-related returns: Within 7–10 business days, depending on jeweller inspection.

  4. Communication:
    All status updates will be communicated via email, SMS, or WhatsApp notifications.

8. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).

  • Wallet refunds will appear as balance credits in your JewelsPe Wallet.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment partner.

JewelsPe does not control refund timelines once the payment is handed over to third-party processors, but we ensure prompt initiation from our side.

9. Deductions & Fees

Refunds may be subject to the following deductions:

  • Transaction / Gateway Charges – as levied by the payment processor.

  • Shipping / Handling Fees – applicable for jewellery returns.

  • Service Charges or Commissions – if applicable under the jeweller’s terms.

All deductions (if any) will be transparently communicated before refund approval.

10. Cancellation Policy

  1. Order Cancellation (Jewellery):

    • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the item has not been dispatched.

    • Cancellation requests after dispatch are subject to the jeweller’s discretion.

  2. Investment Cancellation:

    • Commodity investments cannot be cancelled once processed.

    • Any refund in this case will be restricted to system or payment errors.

  3. Subscription or Plan Cancellations:

    • Users can cancel future instalments of investment plans by sending written notice at least 48 hours before the next deduction.

11. Disputes & Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a product or service, we encourage you to contact info@jewelspe.com before escalating the issue.
JewelsPe will:

  • Mediate communication between the subscriber and jeweller.

  • Verify claims objectively based on records and transaction logs.

  • Ensure fair resolution in accordance with this policy.

If an amicable resolution is not reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction.

12. Exclusions

This Return & Refund Policy does not cover:

  • Natural wear and tear or damage post-delivery.

  • Loss caused by mishandling, resizing, or external repair.

  • Delay caused by courier or logistics partners.

  • Loss in commodity value due to market fluctuations.

13. Policy Updates

JewelsPe Solutions reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version will always be available on www.jewelspe.com.
Users are advised to review the policy periodically.
